Mr J – 18 Months! || Cincinnati Child Photography

This is the second time Mr J and I have crossed paths to capture some pictures of him – and it is amazing how much kids change in 6 months! The first time he wasn’t too sure about me, didn’t really care for the camera anytime I held it up, and pretty much was uninterested in having his picture taken at all. This time we tried something different. We took Mr J somewhere he could play on some slides and see some ducks and from the looks of it, he had a ball! I can’t wait to see him again and see how much he changes the next time we meet! Enjoy!

Beautiful weather is quickly descending and you know what that means for those of us in the mid-west…photo season!! If you are looking to have pictures done this year, I encourage you to book quickly, as my husband and I are expecting our first baby this JULY! I am not taking any weddings after April (although I can offer some fantastic suggestions for you) until after October. I am however taking portrait sessions until May and then will take more again starting in August. I want the best for my clients and so I feel it’s best to only take your sessions if I’m feeling up to it.

With that in mind, I’m offering a fun discount! In 5 days it will be three years since I married the most incredible man I have ever met. In those three short years, he has made my life so incredible that I feel the need to spread the joy! So in 5 days, for 24 hours only on 3-20-2012, I will be offering 30% off any photo session. Lyn & Steve – ENGAGED!! || Toledo Wedding Photography

Everyone, meet my beautiful cousin Lyndsey and her soon to be hubby, Steve! These two awesome people are so incredible, that even when it was the ONLY day we could do this shoot and it was POURING down rain, they were still completely gung-ho (that is a word right?) and ready to have these pictures done! You know those couples that are just meant to be and perfect for one another? These two set an example even for them. Lynny and Steve, I am so so so excited and happy for the two of you! I cannot wait til your wedding which I know will be every bit of awesome that you are!

Cincinnati Family Photographer || The S Family!

Another wonderful session from a beautiful fall day! I really haven’t shot at Devou much but I really should start – it was beautiful there! Cincinnati Wedding Photographer || Kellie & Chris – ENGAGED!!

I had some great sports for this engagement shoot – when I suggested we meet at 8 am, Kellie didn’t blink an eye. A couple of days later I get an email from Kellie saying she has contacted the University of Cincinnati to start the engagement session in the Bearcats basketball arena! We had about 30 minutes to shoot a couple of pictures, but then after that we got a tour of the locker room and the media room where Coach Cronin gives his after game interviews. It was pretty awesome! From there we went to Mt Adams and Eden Park to shoot a few images and to meet up with Marley – quite possibly the cutest boxer I have ever met. I love the way his lip caught on his tooth and his tongue would stick out! He was such a well behaved pup too! He did exactly what his mom and dad told him to do, even though there was the possibility of ducks around! Anyway – thank you Kellie and Chris, I had a blast and I hope you did too – enjoy your pictures!
